Who we are

Preppd Club is Chef Pam's prepared-meal service in the Houston, Texas area. The app is published by STVGE LLC. This policy covers the Preppd Club app and the ordering website (orders.preppdclub.com).

What data we use

Your account: your email, or your phone number if you sign in by text on the website. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the name and email that account shares. If you choose "Hide My Email" with Apple, we get an Apple relay address, not yours. Your password is stored encrypted by our account provider: nobody at Preppd Club can see it.

Your profile: your name, your allergies, your delivery area and address, and who referred you, if you tell us.

Your orders: which meals, how many, the total, how you get them, delivery notes, how you paid and the name or username you sent the transfer from.

What you write to us through "Suggestions and custom requests".

We don't ask for or store card or bank account numbers: you pay by Zelle or Venmo, outside the app.

What we use it for

To prepare and deliver your orders, put your name on each meal's label, warn you in the app when a meal contains something you're allergic to, find your payment and reply to you.

Your allergies are health information: we use them only for that, to flag meals and so Pam cooks carefully.

We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

Who it's shared with

Only with the providers that run the service: Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (the website), Apple and Google if you sign in with them, and the text-message provider if you sign in with your phone. Each one uses it only to provide that service to us.

Beyond that, only if the law requires it.

What stays on your phone

Your session, stored in the phone's keychain; your favorite meals; and which intro screens you've seen. On the website, cookies for your language, theme and session. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies or tools.

How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. If you delete it, your account, profile, addresses and requests are deleted. Orders and packs you already placed are kept, without your name or contact details, because they're the business's books.

Your rights

You can see and change your profile in the app (My account → My profile) and delete your account anytime (My account → Delete my account). If you want a copy of your data or have a question, write to us.

Children

Preppd Club isn't meant for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date below and, if the change matters, we tell you in the app.
