The service

Preppd Club is Chef Pam's prepared-meal service in the Houston, Texas area. The app is published by STVGE LLC. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders

Every week Pam posts a menu. You can order until the cutoff the app shows. There's one order per person per week: to change it after sending it, text Pam.

Prices are in US dollars and are set by the system when your order is received. A meal can sell out while you order: the app tells you.

Payment

You pay by Zelle or Venmo, outside the app. Your order shows the payment as declared until Pam sees it in her account and confirms it. If the payment doesn't show up, Pam reaches out and may hold the order until it's sorted out.

Delivery and pickup

Pam delivers in the areas the app shows, on each week's delivery day. Pickup is arranged with her. Keeping your address and instructions right is your responsibility.

Allergies

The app flags meals based on the ingredients and allergens Pam enters. The kitchen handles common allergens and cross-contact can happen: the app's warning helps, but it isn't a guarantee. If you have a severe allergy, check with Pam before ordering.

Nutrition information

Calories and macros are estimates, for your information. They aren't medical or nutritional advice.

The Club

Prepaid meal packs are agreed on and paid with Pam. Each pack's rules —expiration, skipped weeks, refunds— are confirmed with her before you buy it.

Your account

Use accurate details and keep access to your account safe. You can delete it anytime from the app.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we update the date below. They're governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
